EULA - End User License Agreement

END-USER LICENCE AGREEMENT FOR FOLIARO.

By installing, copying, or otherwise using this software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement(EULA). If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the software.

1. EVALUATION
Foliaro is shareware. You can evaluate this software for free for 30 days, during which you can create and save up to 50 nodes+images per file. After the evaluation period finished, you can not create new files, nor save nodes any more. Following this evaluation period of 30 days or less, if you wish to continue to use Foliaro, you must purchase a licence.

2. GRANT OF LICENCE
A licence key is issued to an individual person for his/her exclusive use on his/her computers (the user may install the software on multiple computers in the office and home). The licence can not be rented, leased, or transferred to others.

3. DISTRIBUTION
This software should be distributed in the form of the original unmodified self-extracting installation program. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of Foliaro without written permission from the copyright holder. And you have to get a grant from the author, if you want to publish the software, for instance, on the Internet or by electric media such as CDs.

This software is copyrighted by Tositaka Teramoto. All rights reserved.

This software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. This software is licensed, not sold. You must comply with all applicable laws regarding use of the software.

5. NO WARRANTIES
Foliaro IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

6. SUPPORT SERVICES
We provide you with email-base support services related to the software ("Support Services") as part of the licence. Any supplemental software code provided to you as part of the Support Services shall be considered part of the software product and subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
